Amelia Rodriguez Garcia currently serves as the Head of People & Culture for Spain and Portugal at Amadeus since January 2023, having previously held the position of Head of People & Culture Hospitality at TravelClick from November 2019 to December 2022 and at Amadeus from February 2008 to November 2019. With notable experience in driving the people agenda aligned with business objectives, Amelia has played a vital role in managing HR matters across various offices and divisions, particularly within the Hospitality function. Amelia’s earlier career includes serving as Human Resources Director for Spain and Portugal at Software AG and as a Human Resources & Quality Director at Amadeus. Amelia holds a PDD in Management from IESE Business School, a Master’s Degree in Recursos Humanos from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and a Licenciatura in Geografía e Historia from Universidad de Zaragoza.
