Lavinia Monaco is a Chief Sales Officer with extensive experience in consulting on technical subjects related to chemistry and microbiology in pharmaceutical companies. From 2013 to 2023, they served as a Business Development Manager at AM Instruments, focusing on the development and consolidation of commercial relationships and customer management. Prior to that, they held the position of Chemical and Microbiological Labs Sales Specialist at CTP Tecnologie di Processo from 2008 to 2012. Lavinia began their career at Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing S.r.l. as a Technical Coordinator of the QC Chemical lab from 2003 to 2007. Currently, they are pursuing a graduate degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Siena.
