Damon Yousefy is a Managing Director of Restructuring Tax Services and Global Transaction Tax at Alvarez & Marsal, bringing extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. They previously held positions at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services and at PwC as a Director in Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructurings, where they led significant debt restructuring and bankruptcy tax projects. Damon holds a Doctor of Law and an MBA from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and Kelley School of Business, as well as a BBA in Marketing from Baylor University.
