Steve Hefner is a Senior Vice President and Head of Acquisitions at ALTO Real Estate Funds, where they currently lead acquisition efforts. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, they have specialized in acquisitions, asset management, development, and dispositions, successfully acquiring nearly $3 billion in real estate throughout their career. Previously, Steve served as President of the Acquisitions Group at The Retail Connection from 2011 to 2025 and held vice president roles at Olympus Real Estate Partners, Cencor Realty Services, and AmREIT.
