Ron McGinnis, MBA, CHIE, is currently the Senior VP Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer at AltaMed Health Network, overseeing compliance and privacy initiatives. Previously, Ron held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Compliance & Privacy Officer at Verda Healthcare and Director of Corporate Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at WellCare, where significant improvements in compliance metrics were achieved. With a robust background in compliance and regulatory affairs, Ron has consistently driven successful initiatives across multiple healthcare organizations, including UnitedHealth Group and Molina Healthcare. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Phoenix, Ron also holds multiple degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and has attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
