Angela Lekatsas, CPA, CA, ICD.D, is a highly experienced corporate director with a robust background in finance and executive leadership. Currently serving as an Independent Corporate Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at AltaGas Ltd., as well as Chair of the Board of Directors at HGS BioScience, Angela's prior leadership roles include President and CEO of Cervus Equipment and a Director at Baytex Energy Corp. Angela held various senior executive positions at Agrium, where responsibilities ranged from Vice President of Merger Integration to Vice President and Treasurer, managing significant financial operations and strategic initiatives. With a foundational career at Deloitte and other accounting firms, Angela holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and certifications in cybersecurity oversight and corporate directorship.
