Amerigo Alfano is currently the Services OVH OPS Execution & Industrial Expertise Manager at Alstom. They previously served as an Industrial Process & Maintenance Engineer, focusing on the optimization of industrial processes and the customization of maintenance plans for the Italo fleet. Amerigo has extensive experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma. They hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli studi di Napoli “Federico II” and have pursued various professional certifications and ongoing education in structural analysis and advanced design.
