Fathy Elbadawy is currently the Assistant General Manager at Shake Shack in Dubai International Airport, under Alshaya Group, and has extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Previously, Fathy served as Restaurant General Manager at establishments such as PBCO and Applebee's in Jeddah, as well as holding leadership roles at Gourmet Gulf LLC and Gourmet Burger Kitchen. With strong leadership qualities and a focus on team management, Fathy has consistently ensured high standards in food preparation and service while maintaining guest satisfaction. Fathy is pursuing education at Sohag University.
