Since 1921, Al's Sporting Goods has been a family-owned business that has grown to be one of the top outdoor retailers in the Mountain West. We started as a small tackle/bicycle shop in Logan, UT where our headquarters remain. In 2008, Al's ventured into E-commerce, and we launched our online retail store, als.com. In 2014, the current Logan store was built and opened on 1075 N. Main Street. Our second store opened in Orem, UT in 2017 with the Idaho Falls, ID store opening most recently in 2020. After celebrating our 100th anniversary in 2021, we don't plan on slowing down anytime soon!

We offer gear from over 1,200 vendors and gear for every sport in every season to make it possible -- that includes hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, cycling, indoor sports, field sports, water sports, winter sports, and many more. We carry the top brands in shoes and clothing, like Nike, Patagonia, Under Armour, and The North Face, so you’re dressed for any and every element. Most importantly, our employees truly know and do the sports they work in to make our customers' experience inside and out top-notch.
