Maha S. AlZamil has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and operations management. From July 2020 to May 2021, Maha worked as a Customer Service Operations Manager at Majorel Saudi Arabia, following which, from June 2021 to June 2023, various roles were held at Smart Link BPO Solutions, including Contact Center Manager and Customer Service Operations Supervisor. Currently, Maha serves as the Head of Customer Care at Alraedah, beginning in August 2023. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and a Professional Diploma in Customer Experience from The CX Academy, both completed in 2023.
