Your next role as a Miracle MakerÌý

Alphazyme, a Maravai LifeSciences Company, is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join the Alphazyme team as a Logistics Coordinator I. As a Logistics Coordinator I you will support Alphazyme’s shipping and receiving processes while supporting maintenance and production of inventory necessary for fulfilling customer demands, which includes all activities related to maintaining the responsible lab area.ÌýÌý The Logistics Specialist also assists with supporting internal demands and the management of relevant formulation and fulfillment processes through executing protocols.

How you will make an impact:Ìý

  • Perform inspection on all incoming goods, and placing goods into appropriate inventory storage locations.
  • Create labels, package the goods, and take them to the shipping location.
  • Arrange for carrier shipments.
  • Track enzyme, buffer, solution, and reagent inventory.
  • Provide support for product formulations to maintain internal inventory levels as well as fulfill make-to-order customer demand.
  • Provide support for formulation of solutions and buffers needed for supporting internal needs as well as external customer requests.
  • Support a culture of good documentation through execution of work instructions and resulting records.
  • Adhere to quality standards as established by company policy and certifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and a high level of organization in responsible lab areas as well as manage lab equipment in responsible lab areas.
  • Perform other functions and duties as required.

ÌýThe skills and experience that you will bring:Ìý

  • Bachelor’s degree in life science discipline such as Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Biotechnology preferred.
  • Previous experience that provides knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Knowledge of good laboratory practices.
  • Experience with ISO 13485 is desired.Ìý
