John Garcia is the Owner, Founder, and Managing Director of ALPHA Facilities Solutions, LLC, where they lead facility asset management programs. With over 27 years of experience in the engineering and facility asset management industries, John has directed numerous projects ranging from 25,000 GSF to over 29,000,000 GSF. They previously served as SVP-VP at 3D/International - Parsons and held the role of Director of Business Development at PSI Net (Metamor). John earned an MBA in Marketing & Management from Our Lady of the Lake University and studied Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Operations Research at The University of Texas at Austin.
