Santiago D'Lacoste is an experienced IT professional with a proven track record in IT infrastructure management and business process optimization. Currently serving as IT Infrastructure Manager at Almirall since May 2015, Santiago oversees the complete IT infrastructure and operations to ensure effective support for business processes across the enterprise. Prior to this role, Santiago worked at Accenture for 17 years, culminating as Project Manager, where expertise was developed in e-commerce, finance, procurement, logistics, and technology solution implementation across various sectors, including consumer goods, banking, public sector, and pharmaceuticals, with international experience in Spain, Denmark, Ireland, Germany, and Costa Rica. Santiago holds an Executive MBA from EADA Business School and a Technical Engineering degree in Electronics from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
