Kevin Smith, MMR, is the Director of Voice of Customer Insights & Strategy at Ally, where they lead the enterprise Voice of Customer program and oversee a team focused on customer pain point analysis and insight generation. They previously served as a Senior Customer Research Analyst at Duke Energy Corporation, guiding enterprise-wide analyses of brand and customer experiences. Kevin has also held roles at SKIM and the Office of Tourism Analysis at the College of Charleston, where they gained extensive experience in market research and data analysis. Kevin earned a Master’s degree in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia and a BA in Communication Studies from Clemson University.
