Toby Tomlin serves as Chief Financial Officer for Allstate’s $10 billion Independent Agency business and previously held the role of Vice President of Corporate Strategy within Allstate. Prior to joining Allstate in 2022, Toby was Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Nationwide from 2016 to 2022, where responsibilities included leading annual strategic planning and advising on M&A and capital deployment. Toby's earlier experience includes a role at JPMorgan Chase & Co. focused on digital transformation in the Consumer Bank Strategy & Innovation Group and as a Strategy Engagement Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton in the aerospace sector. Toby began career in the United States Air Force, serving in Intelligence Operations from 2001 to 2010. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Master's in Strategic Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
