Mary Zagorski is currently the Director of Product and Experience Design at Allstate, a position held since 2020, and also serves as the Director of Product Development and Lifecycle Management since 2024. Previously, Mary held various director roles at Allstate from 2005 to 2007, focusing on business process management, program management, and project management. Mary also served as the Director of Business Operations at Encompass Insurance between 2012 and 2013, where they led multiple initiatives in business intelligence and portfolio management. Mary earned a BS in Management from Northern Illinois University between 1985 and 1987.
