Felicia Taylor has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Casualty Strategic Design at Allstate since June 2020, where previous roles included Senior Manager of Casualty Claims Design and Sr. Digital Business Architect. Prior to Allstate, Felicia held various positions at Esurance from November 2012 to June 2020, culminating in the role of Assistant Claims Manager and Manager of Claims Process. Felicia began her career at GEICO, working as a Continuing Unit Examiner from January 2007 to November 2012.
