Sushil Motwani is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence Technologies at Allspring Global Investments since 2023. Previously, Sushil held roles such as Software Engineering Lead at Pace Software, Senior Software Engineer at Capital Group and Wells Fargo, and has extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer at PTC and a Software Engineer at Optum Software, Inc. Sushil began their career as a Software Engineer in Distance Education at California State University, Fullerton. Sushil is also pursuing multiple advanced degrees including a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Master of Science, and a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
