Nikolay Astapov has an extensive background in management and development, currently serving as the Director of Development and Format Management at Allo LCC since January 2010. Prior to this role, Nikolay held the position of Store Manager at СПОРТМАСТЕР Украина from October 2004 to March 2009. Educationally, Nikolay earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School between 2015 and 2017, and a Specialist degree in International Economics from Donetsk State Institute of Artificial Intelligence, completed in 2007.
