Robert Conley is the Vice President of Global Operations at Allied Universal, where they lead a team focused on enterprise accounts. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Enterprise Accounts at G4S and held various leadership positions at Cox Communications, including Regional Director of Human Resources and Regional Director of Support Services. With a career spanning over three decades in the United States Air Force, Conley retired as Chief Master Sergeant and managed global protective services operations. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from American Military University, building on their Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from the Community College of the Air Force.
