Laura Quiroga, SHRM-SCP, is the Human Resources and Recruiting Director at Allied Universal Event Services, where they oversee and drive the HR and recruiting functions for several growth business groups. Laura’s core competencies include employee relations, strategic organization design, and HR innovation, with a focus on aligning HR policies with the company’s mission. They have held various HR roles within Allied Universal since 2019, beginning as a Human Resources Coordinator and advancing to director.
