With extensive experience in the Healthcare, IT, and Telecoms sectors, Stephen has managed transformative initiatives for industry leaders, including GSK, Haleon, Dell, and BT, achieving significant improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Notable accomplishments include spearheading the complex separation of GSK’s Consumer Healthcare into Haleon and enhancing supply chain operations that delivered substantial cost reductions.
