Kazim Murat Vargün is the Global Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Allianz SE, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Vargün worked at Allianz Türkiye as Chief Accountant, and held various leadership roles, including Chief Risk and Compliance Officer. With extensive experience in Solvency II internal models, risk analysis, and reinsurance optimization, Vargün has also served in significant actuarial roles at Allianz Sigorta A.Ş. and Demir Hayat Sigorta A.S. Vargün holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from Bahçeşehir University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Dokuz Eylül University.
