With a 25-year career in the Financial Services industry, they have previously held roles such as Head of Development at Allianz's Global Digital Factory and Strategic Program Manager at Allianz Digital Accelerator, where they designed and built prototypes and scalable technology platforms. Des has a strong background in Agile methodologies, digital transformation, and team leadership, having successfully led high-performance teams and developed cloud-native applications. They hold a BTECH degree from the University of Limerick.
