Stephanie Blavet is currently the HR Director for Operations Networks at Alliander, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Stephanie served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Qirion from 2020 to 2023, and held multiple HR roles at Achmea Zorg between 2007 and 2014, where they acted as a sparring partner for management in various HR aspects. Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as a Trainer at Monoprix from 1991 to 1996 and at CNAV from 1997 to 1998, where they advanced in HR roles to include HR Manager and HR Policy Advisor, emphasizing strategic personnel planning.
