Brian Bedsole is currently the VP/Head of Digital People Experience at AllianceBernstein, where they lead a team focused on delivering a seamless digital experience across various integrated workstreams. Previously, Brian held the VP/Head of Human Capital Technology position at the same company, successfully executing a five-year agile roadmap for digital HR transformation. With over 10 years of experience in technical roles, Brian has also served in key positions at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they led global HR technology initiatives, and at O'Charley's, providing enterprise-wide support for IT operations. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
