Bogdan Francu is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in procurement and facility management, currently serving as the CEE Regional Procurement Director and Romania Facility Management Director. They have successfully led strategic procurement projects and international expansions across various sectors, including retail, pharma, banking, and energy. Previously, they held roles at Lidl in Germany, Unicredit Tiriac Bank, Alliance Healthcare România, and OMV Petrom, where they managed significant procurement initiatives and facility projects. Bogdan holds a degree in Economical Engineering from Universitatea „Politehnica” din București and is currently pursuing further studies at ASE.
