Redjan Quarto is a social justice educator and equitable student success advocate with a Master's in Education from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree from UC Berkeley. They have held various roles, including Manager of Career and Internship Programs at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where they design and implement recruitment and professional development initiatives. Previously, Redjan served as a Graduate Assistant at Harvard University and as a Project-Based College Affordability Advisor at uAspire, providing essential support to students from historically marginalized backgrounds. As a first-generation Filipina educator, Redjan is committed to creating inclusive and culturally relevant learning environments.
