Lindsey Hornby is an experienced Employer Brand and People Communications Leader, currently serving as the Head of Employer Brand at AlixPartners. They have previously held roles at PwC, including Consulting Marketing Manager, and contributed to the AlixPartners Foundation as a Board Member. With a strong background in strategic marketing and internal communications, Lindsey has successfully implemented initiatives to enhance employer branding and employee engagement across various organizations. They hold multiple degrees in marketing and American studies, and are pursuing further education in leadership through a Postgraduate Award program.
