Frank Padron currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Biopharma Division at AliveCor, leading global efforts in the ECG Medical Device business since February 2025. Prior to this role, Frank was the Head of Business Development for North America at Medichem, S.A. from February 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included fostering relationships with pharmaceutical executives, managing sales exceeding $40 million annually, and leading contract negotiations for CDMO services. Frank's earlier experience includes significant positions at Salvat, WSI-Unibit Solutions, and Novartis, where achievements included managing extensive sales teams, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and receiving multiple awards for performance excellence. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Saint Peter's University.
