Leah N'Diaye is a seasoned professional in organizational effectiveness and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at AlignOrg Solutions. As the CEO and Founder of Lion's Tooth Leadership, Leah combines extensive expertise gained from previous roles, including Director of the Org Effectiveness Center of Excellence at Silicon Valley Bank and Senior Manager positions at NetApp and Accenture. Leah holds a Master's degree in HR Management and Organizational Science from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and is pursuing a Master's in French Literature at The University of New Mexico.
