Arturo Quesada is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in high technology manufacturing operations and supply chain processes across various industries, including technology, food, and medical devices. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Align Technology in Costa Rica, Arturo leads a team of approximately 3,000 collaborators and oversees significant operational expansion projects. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Mondelēz International, where they defined business strategies for the Latin American region, and at Intel Corporation, where they managed engineering and manufacturing operations. Arturo holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad de Costa Rica.
