Shai Raz is an experienced leader in Learning, Organizational Development, and Complex Systems implementation. With a notable history at various organizations, Shai has held pivotal roles such as Change Management Lead at the Israel Defense Forces and Global Director of Customer Education & Onboarding at AlgoSec. Shai has also worked with Amdocs and Microsoft, focusing on training methodologies and change management processes. Currently, Shai is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Business Administration, and HR at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, while also working on an MBA in Technology Management and Organizational Development at Tel Aviv University.
