Harumi Shinohara has been working in the professional world since 2000. Harumi began their career as a Marketing Manager for INFÓRMESE, then moved on to become the Country Manager for the same company. In 2021, they became the Director General for Inventa | Desarrollo Organizacional and in 2023 they accepted a role as Partner Program Manager for Algotive.

Harumi Shinohara completed a Licenciatura in Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1994 and 1999. Harumi then completed a Diplomado in Innovate Marketing from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2004. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications from Google, LinkedIn, and Insights, including Fundamentos de Marketing Digital, Cómo vender soluciones, Fundamentos de la gestión de ventas, Inteligencia emocional en la gestión empresarial, Cómo gestionar un equipo multigeneracional, Liderazgo ágil: Cómo afrontar la nueva normalidad, and Licensed Practitioner, between 2021 and 2022.
