Way Ung is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in driving growth across multiple regions. Currently serving as Head of Enterprise and Commercial Sales for EMEA South, MENA, and SEA at Algolia since October 2018, Way has successfully led three sales teams and scaled revenue from $20 million to $200 million ARR worldwide. Prior roles at Algolia include Senior Sales Director and Director of Sales for EMEA South. Way's previous experience includes significant positions at SAP, where responsibilities included managing strategic customers and global account strategies, as well as roles at Sopra Banking Software, Lively Software, and IBM, where a focus on key account management and sales strategy development was pivotal. Way is an alumnus of ISEP, graduating between 2000 and 2005.
