Jassem Al Hasawi is currently the HR Director for the Retail, Distribution, and F&B Group at Alghanim Industries, where they focus on human resources, talent, and learning. Previously, Jassem held roles such as HR Strategic Business Partner Manager at the National Bank of Kuwait and UAE Training Manager at M. H. Alshaya Co. They also worked as a Talent Development Manager at ACICO Group and were self-employed as a freelance trainer from 2018 to 2020. Jassem's career in HR began as a Manager at Gulf Bank from 2008 to 2014. They obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Kuwait University between 2002 and 2007.
