Jildau Piena currently serves as Directeur MD and plaatsvervangend Directeur Generaal at Algemene Bestuursdienst since December 2025. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at De Nederlandsche Bank from May 2008 to December 2025, such as Head of Human Resources, Head of Risk Management & Strategy, and Supervisor expert Governance, Behaviour and Culture. Jildau held an interim management position at Autoriteit Financiële Markten from July 2015 to December 2016 and worked as a senior jurist at NMa—the Netherlands Competition Authority—before it merged into ACM. Jildau earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Amsterdam and has furthered education at INSEAD.
