Dmitrii Kostiukov is an experienced Lead of Backend Development with expertise in Java, web technologies, and DevOps. They have worked at Alfa-Bank from 2020 to the present, where they oversee the development and support of the high-load, scalable Internet banking platform, managing technical backlogs and leading R&D projects. Prior to this, Dmitrii served as a Senior Java Developer at UseTech and a Java Developer at Octopod, contributing to various significant projects in the financial sector.
