Pat Poirier, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Alene Candles since January 2021 and has previously held the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes Director of Human Resources at R.S. Audley, Inc. and HRC Total Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed leading the human resource functions and serving as a strategic partner in organizational development. Additionally, Pat held roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant within the New Hampshire Judicial Branch and gained early experience as a Dairy Clerk at Market Basket and an intern at Southern New Hampshire University. Pat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's degree in Sports Management from NHTI, Concord's Community College.
