Jay Chen is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Alegeus, where they collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team and Vista Equity Partners to drive value creation and transformation initiatives. Previously, Jay held the same position at Khoros until its exit to IgniteTech in May 2025, contributing to the success of Khoros’s award-winning customer engagement platform. Prior to that, Jay worked at Salesforce as Director of Strategy and M&A, leading global acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Their earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager at PwC, where they advised on the M&A process for leading private equity firms and corporate buyers. Jay earned a BSBA in Finance, Operations, and Information Systems from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
