Melissa Loucks is a Senior Legal Counsel at Alectra, where they advise on business law and provide comprehensive legal analysis to support regulatory compliance and growth objectives. They have served as sole legal counsel to ECNG Energy Group, Canada’s largest gas marketer and electricity retailer, optimizing outcomes and addressing sensitive situations for over 150,000 end-use locations. Called to the Ontario bar in 2010, Melissa holds a Master of Laws, a Juris Doctor, and a Bachelor of International Business. They have previously worked in various legal roles, including positions at Canadian Federal Government and multiple law firms, and contributed as an adjunct faculty member at Western University.
