Anne Michelle Makapugay, CPA, currently serves as the Accounting Manager at Alector since July 2020. Prior to this role, Anne was the VP of Accounting at SoftBank Investment Advisers from April 2017 to May 2020 and held various positions at Accretive Solutions, including Accounting and Finance Professional from November 2007 to March 2017. Anne's extensive experience includes managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance projects, drafting SEC filings such as 10K and 10Q, and overseeing accounting teams in previous roles, notably as Accounting Manager at Questcor Pharmaceuticals. Anne's career began as a Senior Auditor at BDO USA, LLP and Hood & Strong, LLP, focusing on audits and internal control assessments for a range of industries. Anne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
