María del Mar Calvo Andani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. María del Mar most recently worked as a Regional HR Director at ALDI ESPAÑA since September 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Responsable de Personal y RRHH at Aldi Dos Hermanas Supermercados, S.L from June 2005 to September 2020. María also worked as a Formador Ocupacional at Florida Centro de Formacion from January 2002 to December 2004. María del Mar was Co Autora libros de texto and Técnico en Gestión y Administración de Personal at Florida Centro de Formación from January 2002 to November 2004. María's earlier experience includes working as a Responsable Departamento laboral at ACF asesores from 1996 to 2001.

María del Mar Calvo Andani holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Florida Fundesem and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Valencia.
