Jan M. serves as the Service & Operations Director and COO at Ayvens since July 2023, previously holding multiple strategic roles at LeasePlan Nederland, including Director Digital and Business Transformation Director. During the tenure at LeasePlan, Jan M. led the "Power-of-One" transformation program and briefly took on the responsibilities of CFO.
