Emily Paynton is currently the Director of Market Access & Strategic Accounts for the UK and Ireland at Alcon, where they focus on driving access for patients to innovative ophthalmic technologies through strategic partnerships. Previously, they held several roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Regional Sales Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager, where they played a key role in aligning the medical device business with major organizations. Emily's career began at Guided Solutions as a Recruitment Consultant in medical device recruitment. They also chaired the ABHI Ophthalmology Group.
