Helen Rawsthorne is an experienced Molecular Biologist and Microbiologist currently serving as the Manager of Cell Therapy Applications at Albumedix. They possess a strong background in molecular biology and have worked extensively in food microbiology, detecting pathogens using advanced techniques. Helen held previous roles as a Senior Research Scientist at Novozymes and contributed to research at both North Carolina State University and UC Davis, where they developed novel gene delivery systems and viral capture methods. They earned a PhD in Microbiology from the Institute of Food Research and have a Master's in Food Science from the University of Leeds.
