Norman Poon, CPHR, has over 18 years of experience aligning business strategies with operations and sales, with a passion for networking and relationship building. Currently, they serve as a Co-Chair on the Alberta Anti-Racism Advisory Council and as an instructor at Bow Valley College while co-founding BitWide, which supports growth-ready companies. Norman actively contributes to community service as Co-Chair of Diversecities, assisting marginalized groups in various life areas. They have also held significant roles in human resources, including as an Advisor at Bethany Care Society and a team lead at Carewest Innovative Health Care. Norman is pursuing a degree in Commerce with a focus on Human Resources at the University of Alberta.
