Madeleine Gieysztor has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Madeleine currently works at AlayaCare as the Director of Strategy and Government Affairs. Prior to this, they were the General Manager for Quebec and Eastern Canada at HealthHub - Patient Engagement Solutions. At HealthHub, they also had a role in Business Development. Before that, Madeleine worked at Pharmascience as the Manager of Third Party Vendor Sourcing and also as a Project Lead in the Business Leadership Development Program. Earlier in their career, they served as the President of the Association Etudiante des MBA de HEC Montréal (AEMBA) and as the International Coordinator at Seeds of Hope Peru. Madeleine also worked as a Community Support Officer for the Atahualpa Cooperative in Peru at the Canadian Co-operative Association.

Madeleine Gieysztor completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology at McGill University. Madeleine went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at HEC Montréal from 2013 to 2014.
