Michelle Bolio currently serves as the Regional Partner for Southeast Texas at Alair Homes, a company recognized as Remodeler of the Year by the Texas Association of Builders. In this role since December 2017, Michelle focuses on enhancing the client experience in custom home building and renovations. Previously, at NRG Home Solar as the Sr Manager of Community Solar - Customer Experience, Michelle successfully entered a new market and established customer experience strategies. At Reliant Energy, Michelle held various managerial positions, overseeing teams responsible for sales channel integration and marketing initiatives, while managing substantial budgets and developing platforms to improve broker access to pricing tools. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut.
