Edward Thorn is an executive property-development leader currently serving as Executive Vice President and Head of Property Development at Al Ghurair, where they focus on lifecycle value and data-driven asset performance. Previously, Edward managed significant projects at ADPI Middle East, including major airports and mixed-use developments, and led the property development division at Macintyre Asset Management, steering notable ventures like the Mercedes-Benz Brand Centre. Edward began their career as a construction cadet and has continued to build expertise in strategy, design, and operational delivery across various sectors. They are pursuing three degrees at the University of Melbourne and the University College of Estate Management, focusing on planning, design, and real estate development.
